The smartest thing I did recently for my career was let go of the paradigm of, “This is how it needs to be done”…to…”this is the best way to do it now.”
Habits, life, and goals are the same way. What once worked may no longer fit. In publishing, the big 5 are out of step with how the world operates now, neither of those was working for me. So I’m going to do what I’ve always done.
